Marissa Trigo

Marissa is the owner and founder (PLUS my own personal dog walker) of Pawsitively Purrfect Pet Sitting. Marissa’s love of animals began at a young age with her family’s dogs, birds and rabbits.

Her passion for working with animals grew as she volunteered her time and heart to the Lone Star Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso Rescue where she helped transport, rehabilitate and love abused and abandon dogs. Marissa rescued Cookie, a Shih Tzu, through Lone Star and her other dogs were rescues from puppy mills. They are now The Advisors of Pawsitively Purrfect – Kabuki Wu and Shanghai, both Mini Schnauzers, and Yummy King and Cookie, two Shih Tzus.

Marissa was employed with a local veterinary clinic for several years where she obtained her veterinary technician certification. Certified in pet CPR and pet first aid, Marissa brings her vast knowledge and love of animals to every one of her clients.

 

Lizbeth Castelan

Pawsitively Purrfect is happy to add Lizbeth to the team of pet sitters and dog walkers! Lizbeth’s love of animals began at a young age as she kept, cared for, and loved a variety of pets. Hamsters, fish, cats, dogs and many more made their way into her heart and home over the years.

Now, she shares her home with her cat, Stud Muffin, and two parakeets, and is thrilled to share her love and dedication of animals with us!

Mari Garcia

From the young age of 10 years old, Mari met the best friend that would be the teacher she didn’t even know she needed.  Tiny Tot, small 10lb rat Terrier, entered Mari’s life at 6 weeks old and filled Mari’s life with love, and lessons, until she passed away at the ripe age of 17 years old!  Being able to grow with and witness all the life stages of her furry best friend has brought Mari to be the animal lover she is today.

Mari shares her heart and home with 3 dogs – Bailey, a chocolate Lab mix; Butters, a Chihuahua mix; and Dyna, a Corgi mix.

Mayra Cruz

Pets bring out the maternal instinct in Mayra, especially pups of all sizes, ages and fur. Mayra has volunteered in community organizations to help stray animals and the environment — two causes to which she’s passionate about contributing.  She is taking on the world with Benjamin Franklin, the best pup any girl could have at her side.
She is also the happy owner of two other lovely dogs, Chispa and Simon, along with a sun conure named Tenoch, DD, a dove, and a chicken named Lucy.  As you can see, Mayra loves ALL species of different pets and can’t wait to meet yours!

Cody Coke

Cody is originally from Arlington, TX and is currently pursuing a second degree in Nursing online through UT Arlington. While she’s hitting the books, she shares her life with her best buddy, Winnie, an adorable Bichon with a whole lot of heart and personality, and her Beta fish, Marlin. 

When Cody isn’t studying or caring for animals, she enjoys spending her time as a huge football fan and watching games on TV, cooking up delicious meals in the kitchen, and she just loves all things Disney.

She has been pet sitting & dog walking for several years & loves meeting new furry friends!

Anna Falsone

Anna has always known from childhood that she wanted to work with animals and began gaining experience with owning & loving cats, hamsters & gerbils, guinea pigs, fish and frogs, too.  She cannot remember a time without a dog to complete her family.
Anna has been a volunteer at several local animal shelters and practicing as a pet sitter with family and friends for years.  Now, sharing her life with her two cats, Enyo and Phineas, she is excited to join the Pawsitively Purrfect team as your very own pet sitter!

Candace Rideaux

Originally from Gonzales, Louisiana, Candace is pursuing her nutrition degree here in Houston and continuing her 6 year long passion for pet sitting by joining the Pawsitively Purrfect team!  Candace is the proud mom of Harper, a 4 year old Black Mouth Cur mix, who she adopted as a puppy from Lovers Not Biters of New Orleans.
Candace explains that she loves all animals, but has a special spot in her heart for big dogs and can’t wait to meet your furry friends!  When she’s not playing with pets or working toward her degree, you can find Candace cooking (but no meat – she’s a vegetarian), reading, watching movies, or doing yoga.

Edlin Chavez

Before Edlin began her career as a pet sitter, she spent her time sitting for friends’ and families’ fur-kids.   Turning a hobby and passion in to a career has been rewarding.
Edlin is a cat lover at heart but loves dog & all animals and enjoys getting to know each pet she meets.  Her two rescue cats, Malcolm and Mina, rule the household at home.
As a mother to both a human and animal children, Edlin shares her time with her family, her pet sitting and her hobbies which include skateboarding, reading, Jiu Jitsu, reading and, of course, lots of coffee & tea!  Besides her cats, Edlin also shares her home with mystery snails and several fish.
